Ygriverside provides engineering services for vertical-shaft multi-stage centrifugal pump systems, heavy-duty intake station construction, and fluid dynamics simulation. All deliverables are based on agreed specifications and site conditions. No implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the written contract apply.

You must provide accurate site data, operational parameters, and access for inspection. Failure to disclose known constraints (e.g., water chemistry, sediment load, power supply limits) voids any performance guarantees. You are responsible for maintaining the installed equipment per the provided manual.

All simulation models, engineering drawings, software tools (including CAS-100), and technical documentation remain the property of Ygriverside unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended project only.

Ygriverside’s total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, including lost production, downtime, or third-party claims, even if advised of the possibility.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return all confidential materials and pay for services rendered up to the termination date. Ygriverside may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay invoices within 60 days.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where practical, notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version always applies.
